How we verify providers
Vishwakarm is a trust-first community network — not a mass marketplace. Every provider listed publicly has passed coordinator review across four verification checks. Pending applications never appear in the directory.
Identity Verified
Government-issued identity documents are confirmed by a community coordinator before any listing goes public.
Address Confirmed
Residential address is verified within the provider's declared service area — not just a city name on a profile.
Skill Assessed
Work quality and service fit are reviewed by coordinators. Pending listings do not appear in the public directory.
Community Referred
Providers are introduced by known community members — not anonymous sign-ups or paid placement.
What we do not do
- No anonymous reviews or star-rating algorithms
- No paid placement or discount-led discovery
- No platform booking fees or payment holding
- No listing without coordinator approval
Accountability
If something goes wrong, you can report a concern. Coordinators aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and complete a preliminary review within 48 hours.
